Infrared Sauna is different from the conventional Sauna in that it heats its users with infrared heaters that emit infrared radiant heat unlike the steam that conventional Sauna uses to heat its users. Infrared sauna is claimed to be safe and beneficial in that heat penetrates more than 1.5 inches (40 mm) into the body. The infrared rays help loosen toxins from fat cells into the body and those toxins are flushes out of the body through sweating. Thus infrared Sauna heals and stimulates tissues and is considered a very effective therapy for arthritis and injuries to tissue.
If you ask any infrared saunas user is it beneficial for them and they all will shout in tandem, yes they are. In fact, this is one of the best therapy to control obesity as they heat your body so much that you start sweating and that is the best way to fight obesity, but here comes the dangerous aspect. If you sweat too much, you run the risk of getting dehydrated and that is very harmful. So, the controlled use is always appreciable. The second dangerous aspect is getting addicted to it and in a way start using it overly and then again the first danger becomes very imminent.
The far infrared saunas are proved to be very beneficial to everyone in boosting their body's natural healing mechanism thus aiding one's body in releasing toxins, giving them a rejuvenated effect and last but not the list burning calories, thus paving your way towards a more fitter body.
So, I think infrared sauna use is more beneficial than dangerous.
